We ship recorded delivery. We aim to deliver your jewelry as follows:
• Within the UK: 7 business days
• Within the EU: 10 business days
• Rest of the World: 10 business days (shipping times may vary)
Please note 'pre-order' jewellery is made to order and may take up to 4-5 weeks to cast and finish before shipping.
Duties and taxes
UK VAT is deducted on all orders outside of the United Kingdom at checkout. Buyers outside of the United Kingdom are responsible for paying any import duties and taxes, and any customs charges on their purchase.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, send me an email to hello@alecdohertyjewellery.com with your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
• Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Sale items (if applicable)
• Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
• If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email to hello@alecdohertyjewellery.com
• To return your product, you should mail your product to: Alec Doherty, Studio 33, Cornerstone Studios, 1 Addington Square, London SE5 7JZ
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
