  • Are your pieces hypoallergenic or nickel-free?
    • All our pieces are either rhodium plated or gold plated, both metals typically considered hypoallergenic
    • Our rhodium plating is nickel free
  • How do I find my ring/bracelet/necklace size?
  • Can my jewelry be resized?
    • Due to our unique designs, PRZE jewelry cannot be resized
    • If you would like a custom size please email us for further information
  • What if I want a piece in a different metal or finish?

  • Why is my jewelry turning dark?

    • Exposure to moisture, harsh chemicals, and even your sweat, without proper maintenance, can cause your piece to tarnish

ORDER & SHIPPING 

  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    • Due to the nature of our small business and made to order process, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    • At this time, we only ship within the US
  • Can I track my order?
    • Once your order is ready to ship we will provide shipping information and a tracking number
  • What if my piece arrives damaged?
    • If a piece arrives damaged please contact us and we will advise on the best course of action
    • Items damaged that are not incurred by the customer or by normal wear and tear may be eligible for exchanges
    • If your package is lost or stolen (how dare they) contact us and we will do everything we can to assist
  • What if my package is lost?
  • Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
    • We do not offer gift wrapping
    • We offer gift receipts
    • We offer special hand written notes upon request
